Com and the hosts was extremely poor, leaving us scrambling for alternative accommodation. the apartment itself was clean and nicely presented, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. the central location was convenient for exploring the city, but the lack of care from the hosts overshadowed any positive aspects of the property. Hopefully, they can improve their communication and customer service in the future to avoid disappointing other travelers.
